Fun Adventures

Hey y'all! Hope that you had a great week! This week was good we had a couple of fun adventures this week! Monday we decided to go to a swamp and go for a walk down some trails. It was really fun! Half way down the trail we met this old man who told us if we want to see some cool wildlife that we should go around the other side of the lake. So we took his advice and we went around the other trail and started walking. About a mile down we are walking along and right on the edge is a freaking big gator! It was so cool we where so close to him it was crazy. He didn’t even move.  We sat there and took pictures of him for a good 20 minutes. It didn’t even move when the Elders decided it would be a good idea to chuck some rocks at it! Tuesday we had our district meeting so we all went to the church for that. I gave a training on personal study and some of the other missionaries gave training's as well. When we got done we came out to get in our car and it wouldn’t start! So we stole the Elder’s car for the day and went to see some people. We saw Shelby and the spirit is working so hard on her right now! She knows that she needs to get baptized! So she finally told her husband and he said that he has to do his own research before he will let her get baptized. And he doesn’t want the help of the missionaries... so pray that his heart will be softened! Wednesday we got ready for Thanksgiving! We made some cute hand outs so that we could take them to some less actives in the ward for Thanksgiving! It was a good way to get in the door even when it was close to the holidays! Thursday was a busy day! We had three houses to go to for Thanksgiving! I am so grateful for the ward we are in and their love! Friday we planned all day! Getting ready for the next transfer! It’s not the funnest thing to do but someone’s got to do it! We also went over to Grandma and Grandpa Norris house! We had a fire and roasted hotdogs and decorated their tree! They are an older couple in our ward that has taken in the missionaries as their grand kids! And they have a big fluffy blind dog-named Trinity!  Saturday we had our transfer calls so that was really stressful all day! We don’t get the call until 9 that night so all day we where freaking out cause Sister Dayton has already been here for 4 transfers, we where for sure that she would go! We told the Elders that we where having a hard day because of the call and then we went to lunch with the Sisters. When we get back the Elders had climbed our balcony and set up a hammock for us hahah! So we used it for the rest of the day to finish up our planning! That night we got the call and Sister Dayton & I are staying together one more! We are so excited to be together for this next transfer and to see what the Lord has in store for us! Love y'all hope that you have a great week!

Love Sister Randall
