New Comp, Sister Folamuhina

A week of change! This week we had a missionary broadcast and got some changes! Our schedule has changed as well as the key indicators that we report on as missionaries! Today I also got a new companion Sister Folamuhina! She is awesome and we are going to be getting down to work this week! We also are moving a long with the Kerstetters.  They have set the official date for Feb. 23! So we are excited for them! Things here are going well and I’m excited for the next couple of weeks. Some thing that I have been studying this week is John chapter 21. It has become one of my favorites;  along with the talk “Feed my sheep” by Jeffery R Holland. I am so grateful for my mission and the good and the bad times. I would never trade it for the world. This is the Lords work and I am so happy that I have played a small part in it! Thank you for all the prayers and love! Have a good week!

New Comp, Sis. Greenland

Hey y'all! Hope that you had a great week! This week we had transfers and my new companion is Sister Greenland! She is so sweet and I’m so excited to work with her! Not much happened this week just been working to help Sister Greenland get to know some people in the ward and who we are working with. Awesome thing that happened this week was the Kerstetter’s came to the great to be 8 event on Sunday to learn more about the baptism. Even the dad came who is not a member and he sang the closing song I am a child of God! So that was awesome! Here is a pic of my new district sorry it is upside-down hahaha. I love ya’ll.  Thanks for all your love and support!!!!!

Goodbye to Sis. Dayton

What a week! This week went by so fast! Things are good here, we mostly just started to say goodbye to all the people that Sister Dayton wanted to because we knew that she would be getting the call to leave. So Saturday rolled around and we got the call and Sister Dayton will be leaving tomorrow. We are sad but it will be good for the both of us. We got to meet with the Kurstetters this week and they are doing great. We finalized some of the plans for the baptism and they are excited too! Something crazy that happened this week was we have snow! It was pretty cool. it didn’t stick but we got some! Well this week marks the beginning of the end for me. I cant believe that this is the last 6 weeks of my mission but I am very excited to give it my all and to finish strong! I love my mission and the change it has brought me! Thank y'all for all your love and support!

The Start of My Last 6 Weeks of My Mission

hey y'all! hope you had a good week! things here are good just working hard! its crazy that next week i start my last 6 weeks of my mission! really bitter sweet. but this week went well it feels like it went by so fast! we where able to spend time with shelby and answer more of her questions and we had a lesson with the kurstetters and finalized plans for when they go to utah! its been so fun teaching them since they already have such a good knowledge of the gospel we are just there to fill in the gaps. its so crazy that its a new year! but im so excited for the fresh start it gives us not only to set new health plans or work out goals that never really get acoplished but the chance that we have to rededicate ourselves to our savior and come closer to him in the choices we make every day. i love y'all hope that you had a great week! here is a pic of me and sister dayton bringing in the new year!
